Singulart was launched in August 2017, armed with the mission of empowering artists and breaking national boundaries across the art market. Our day-to-day work consists of the promotion of talented artists from various countries (120 nationalities so far), to help them sell their works to international collectors.

The online art gallery is the result of the great match between Véra and Brice, the two co-founders. Ever since they met, they strongly believe in the power of an ambitious and collaborative environment of work. Our target for 2022: becoming the world online leader for art sales.

3 fundraising rounds achieved: first-seed fundraising round of 1.1 million €, 1.5 million € in January 2019 and another 10 million € in March 2020 with digital-driven business angels

Singulart is looking for an inAs an Online Collector Care Representative you will be responsible for growing a multi-million sales portfolio and building a happy, repeating client base

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring your team meets its target of over 600k of repeat business per month
  • Managing all post-sale communication with your clients 
  • Keeping up to date on all post sale tasks and proactively reaching out to your clients with regular updates mitigating client issues
  • Be the communication arm for the client throughout the post sale process and encourage future acquisition
  • Working closely with your Art Advising partners to provide a seamless client experience to approximately 200 clients a month
  • With your team - devise and implement new KPI related projects to ensure an excellent client satisfaction rating
  • German is your mother tongue 
  • English is required
  • You have a taste for customer relations
  • You have a professional and positive communications style and you are a diligent problem solver
  • You're familiar with IT tools - CRM knowledge is a huge plus
  • Through your human qualities (empathy, listening, dynamism), you know how to create a long-lasting customer relationship
  • Previous experience in an art gallery is a plus (but a taste for this sector is essential!)
  • Willingness to working from Paris
