Die Divisions und Marken agieren in attraktiven Märkten und konzentrieren sich vorwiegend auf den Verkauf langlebiger und preisstabiler Ausrüstungsgegenstände sowie Spezialartikel für den wiederkehrenden Bedarf an Firmenkunden in verschiedenen Branchen und Regionen.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating with Customer Care teams regarding deliveries, order cancellations, returns and refunds, invoice-related cases and urgent customer escalations
Managing operational activities on marketplace platforms, including shipment updates, refunds, customer messages and customer reviews
Ensuring compliance with marketplace service level agreements and monitor operational performance
Identifying recurring issues and support continuous process improvements across marketplace operations
Providing administrative and operational support to Marketplace Managers in their daily business activities
What You Bring
A strong interest in e-commerce and marketplace business
Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is an advantage
Attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks
A proactive, open-minded and team-oriented mindset
Availability to work approximately 1.5 hours every weekday (Monday to Friday) in the afternoon to ensure compliance with marketplace service level agreements
