To help uphold Agilité’s reputation within our fiercely competitive sector, we’re looking for a Technical Services Manager (intern) to actively engage in projects and foster strong internal and external relationships.
Working closely with the team, the shared goal is to ensure client satisfaction by managing projects from the study phase to final delivery. The successful candidate will help to coordinate technical trades (HVAC, plumbing, HV/LV systems, building management controls) across feasibility, design and budget studies, as well as through execution planning and construction phases, working closely with project teams. This technical role offers the chance to work across multiple projects, supporting Agilité’s growth through innovation, adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing as a Technical Services Manager (intern) at Agilité
Assessing the technical feasibility of projects in collaboration with the Technical Trades Manager.
Conducting budget studies and cost estimations based on project requirements.
Reviewing technical documents to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
Analysing and addressing subcontractor queries related to technical trades.
Verifying installations for compliance with contract specifications (descriptions, plans, etc.) and supporting the project team.
Preparing project reports and actively participating in meetings as required.
Leading and documenting minutes for client, subcontractor, supplier, and project team meetings when necessary.
Coordinating technical aspects with contractors, engineering firms, and architects.
Offering expertise and advice during preparatory meetings, construction phases, and project close-out stages.
Organising snagging visits and inspections to ensure subcontractor work meets required standards.
Overseeing final inspections and snagging sign-off for end-of-project works.
Recording results, controls, and certificates, ensuring all stakeholders sign off appropriately.
Managing the transfer of technical documentation to project teams.
Monitoring project costs, deadlines, and quality to ensure efficient delivery.
Ensuring all technical installations meet contractual obligations.
