Today we are a team of 12 people from 5 different nationalities. It’s only the beginning and you will grow with us! Currently, we are searching for a German-speaking Business Developer. In this role, you will work directly with Blanca Montero (co-founder and head of sales). You will work at our modern office, shared with 2 other startups, in the heart of Paris, and surrounded by an international community (10 nationalities!).

• Analysis of the international job-market and the mobility of talent
• Identify companies hiring foreign talent (prospects)
• Contacting human resources managers and executives and understanding their needs in order to bring them the profiles they need
• Establish sales forecasts and reports
• Enjoy and grow with us :)

• You have a first experience in B2B sales or account management, especially on the prospecting part
• Amazing interpersonal skills
• Rigorous, dynamic and autonomous, you are also results-oriented and very comfortable on the phone
• You love multi-tasking and still keep a good level of organization around you
• You have the mind of a pirate and the spirit of a caring grandma
• Languages: German (native), English (advanced).
