We’re looking for two assistant cost estimator interns — one in Paris and another in Berlin, Luxembourg, London or Milan.

We’re looking for an assistant cost estimator (intern) who will play a crucial role in the company’s development by supporting strategies that ensure project quality, efficiency and productivity – communicating effectively with suppliers and external buyers, analysing data and processes, proposing creative solutions, generating reports, presenting findings to management and other departments, understanding legal documents, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders.

Agilité is a European general contractor helping ambitious organisations enter, relocate, or expand throughout the continent. With teams in France, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg and the UK, we speak your language. Literally.

Driven by a shared ambition, the Agilité team is truly international. We prioritise hiring open-minded, well-rounded individuals who bring fresh perspectives and embrace the challenge of pushing boundaries to create positive change. Our commitment to diversity is reflected in our team, with 37% of our full-time colleagues being female, ensuring that we not only understand but also reflect the needs of our customers and communities.

What you'll be doing as a cost estimator intern at Agilité

Preparing preliminary budgets and cost plans for all incoming projects
Assisting in the tender phase for all incoming projects
Helping to manage and update the subcontractor database, including prequalifying subcontractors
Supporting the expansion of our European subcontractor network in countries where we operate, particularly in France, Luxembourg, and Belgium
Assisting in recruiting and evaluating subcontractors and monitoring contractual processes before, during, and after projects
Contributing to the analysis of procurement and delivery processes to anticipate potential challenges such as delivery delays or accidents
Supporting the implementation and management of the subcontractor evaluation system
Identifying cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes during pre-construction and operational phases (e.g., price studies, analysis and comparison of subcontractor offers, consultation and budget monitoring during the construction phase, and other cost-planning tasks)
Assisting in developing and implementing sustainability practices and guidelines across all supply chain aspects
Ensuring supply chain processes meet legal standards and requirements.

What we can offer in return (depending on location):

Potential for a permanent position
Internship allowance
Meal vouchers
50% contribution to travel expenses from home to site/office
Employer-supported health insurance.

Working with Agilité Solutions

We’re a growing organisation that creates spaces where people can live, work, and play.

With a solid reputation as a general contractor and fit-out company – for both tertiary and commercial spaces – we strive to include sustainability into our building processes. Our ethos centres around futureproofing our projects – and at the heart of that is our diverse team.

We’ve built a reputation as ‘the resourceful problem solver’ – a trusted partner which anticipates, and mitigates, issues before they arise, and one which is built on a culture of honesty, ambition, and trust.

There’s no denying that the commercial interiors sector is often complex, especially when working on a continent-wide scale. We’ve therefore built a network of best-in-class professionals, suppliers, and consultants, experienced in delivering high quality space planning, design, build and construction services.

Agilité is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team of experts that will reflect our customers and users.
