We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) as part of the Marketing & Communications team, a culturally diverse team working across four locations in Europe. The working student position is based in Munich, where we work in a modern office space with a full range of amenities. As part of the team based in Munich, this role will provide you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of marketing and communications within a global environment. We offer you exciting challenges in a dynamic and international environment. What you will do. Administrative Support: Prepare and update presentations and reports for various stakeholders. Support in managing budgets related to marketing activities. Coordinate and maintain documentation for marketing projects. Event Support:Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics. Support event promotions and communications to ensure successful participation. Digital Activities:Help with creating and distributing digital mailings to target audiences. Assist in maintaining and updating content on our intranet. Project Involvement:Participate in projects such as the adoption of the intranet platform. Support with the organization of internal social events and charity activities throughout the year . What you bring. Studies in Communications, Sociology, Psychology or Economics. Proactive, hands-on and creative problem-solving mindset. Proficient in MS Office applications. Excellent in written and spoken English; German is a plus. Team player with willingness to learn. Ability to work proactively and under time pressure. Good communication and presentation skills . Our highlights for you.
