YOUR TASKS
At the reception
· You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
· You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out
· Besides for our guests, you’re also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians
· You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities
· You handle the operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering to e-mails and online requests
· You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one
· You’re flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
· You work in great in a team and are not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then
At the bar
· You act as a host, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing great service to our guests
· You are responsible for taking orders, preparing and serving drinks (cocktails, long drinks, hot drinks) as well as snacks
· You keep the bar area organized, stocked and clean
· You provide guidance for all questions, wishes and problems
YOUR PROFILE
· You are outgoing and approachable, enjoying the buzz of a lively environment and welcoming guests with a smile
· You are a people person, making guests feel at home and creating memorable first impressions
· You are a team player, ready to support colleagues and keep things running smoothly
· You are flexible and adventurous, happy to switch between reception and bar duties as needed
· You are fluent in French and English (solid B1-B2 level), any other language is an advantage
· You are available to work on the weekends, public holidays, day and night shifts

You are leading the front-of-house team together with your Junior Operations Manager
You enjoy a diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day-, evening- and night shifts
YOUR PROFILE
You are a reception supervisor or a receptionist with 2+ years of experience in hospitality who is ready to take on a new exciting challenge
You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment and performing a variety of tasks
You are a people person, you like helping others and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
You enjoy working in a team, guiding and developing your team members
You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
You are fluent in English and French, any other language is an advantage

TUS TAREAS
Eres un excelente anfitrión, asegurándote de que tus huéspedes disfruten de una estancia segura e inolvidable.
Te encargas del bienestar de nuestros huéspedes desde el check-in hasta el check-out.
Das soporte al Bar cuando sea necesario, ayudando en la mis-en-place de snacks precocinados y en la preparación de bebidas frías y calientes.
Además de para nuestros huéspedes, también eres el primer punto de contacto para todos los demás visitantes, como proveedores y técnicos externos.
Respondes a las preguntas y consultas de nuestros huéspedes y sabes cómo dirigirlos a los principales lugares de interés, atracciones locales y actividades.
Te encargas de las tareas operativas y administrativas del turno de noche, como la facturación, cierre de cajas y cierre del día (Night Audit); la respuesta a correos electrónicos y solicitudes online, la venta adicional, la respuesta a reseñas en línea , entre otras.
Disfrutas de un ambiente de trabajo diverso e internacional e inclusivo.
Revisarás el hotel regularmente por la noche.
Reportarás y solucionarás cualquier incidencia/incidente en la medida de lo posible en la ausencia de un mánager.
Eres flexible y estás acostumbrado a trabajar en el turno de noche fijo de lunes a domingo incluyendo festivos, con los descansos semanales estipulados por convenio.
Disfrutas de un ambiente de trabajo diverso e internacional e inclusivo.
Por último, pero no menos importante; Eres un excelente compañero y no temes colaborar con otros departamentos ocasionalmente.
TU PERFIL
Tienes experiencia inicial (mín. 1 año) en recepción en turno de noche y te apasiona.
Tienes una personalidad extrovertida y disfrutas trabajando en un entorno dinámico realizando diversas tareas.
Eres una persona sociable, te gusta ayudar a los demás y crear experiencias inolvidables para los huéspedes.
Disfrutas del trabajo en quipo y estás dispuesto a ayudar a tus compañeros y afrontar retos juntos.
Eres ágil trabajando con PMS’s (p. ej., SIHOT, ASSD, Fidelio).
Hablas español e inglés de manera fluida. Otros idiomas serán valorables.
