Apply Later Job ID 10094131 Location Munich, Germany Business The Walt Disney Company (Corporate) Date posted Jul. 26, 2024 Job Summary: Job Description Für unsere deutsche Rechtsabteilung am Standort München suchen wir fortlaufend Rechtsreferendare (w/m/d) mit ausgeprägtem Interesse am deutschen Medien-, Wettbewerbs-, Urheber-, Telekommunikations- sowie Datenschutzrecht Verantwortlichkeiten : Unterstützung bei Recherchen und Gutachten zu wirtschafts- und medienrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie bei Kurzgutachten zu vertraglichen Fragestellungen Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung in allg. juristischen Fragestellungen, Tätigkeiten und Recherchen Mitwirkung bei allgemeinen Vertragsgestaltungen Erstellung juristischer Übersichten und Zusammenfassungen erforderliche Qualifikation : Abgeschlossene erste juristische Staatsprüfung in Rechtswissenschaften mit mind. Note „befriedigend“ Vorkenntnisse der beschriebenen Rechtsgebiete wünschenswert Absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen PC Anwendungen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Eine Zusatzvergütung für die Dauer der Wahlstation wird nicht gewährt.
