Vesterling Technology Recruiting is a family business that was founded by graduate computer scientist Martin Vesterling, over 25 years ago. Dr. Eva Vesterling contributes her extensive management experience and is responsible for innovative business areas as a member of the Management Board. Together with outstanding HR consultants, a competent Career Centre, qualified in-house research and numerous professional staff units, they pursue the vision and mission of Vesterling Technology Recruiting.
Graduate computer scientist Martin Vesterling, M. Sc. is the Founder and a member of the Executive Board of Vesterling Technology Recruiting. He has been at the helm of the company since 1995 and has driven its expansion into one of the leading technology recruitment consultancies in the German-speaking world. Martin Vesterling has a broad network in business associations.
Dr. Eva Vesterling is a member of the Executive Board of Vesterling AG and shareholder. Before joining the family business and founding her own company, she successfully managed the business of well-known providers of vocational and academic education with up to 140 organizational and 820 lecturing employees for over a decade. She holds various management positions in trade associations in an honorary capacity.

Martin Vesterling is the Founder and a member of the Executive Board of Vesterling. After graduating in computer science at the Technical University of Munich he worked as an IT consultant for a consulting firm for 5 years and later as Head of Software Product Development for a software company. Setting up the company in 1995 he led the expansion of Vesterling to one of the leading international technology recruiting and HR consulting companies.

Dr. Eva Vesterling

Dr. Eva Vesterling is a Member of the Executive Board and shareholder of Vesterling AG. After spending semesters abroad in the USA and France, she completed her studies at the University of Passau with flying colors. Her master’s thesis was on “Decision-making in the knowledge society”. Her doctorate was on the subject of “Managing Diversity”. Before joining the family business, Dr. Eva Vesterling successfully managed the business of renowned providers of vocational and academic education with up to 140 organizational and 820 teaching staff for over a decade.

Christoph Brands is a graduate in business administration (VWA) and also completed a master’s degree at the University of Duisburg-Essen with a focus on American Studies. He subsequently held various positions at several renowned HR consultancies, most recently as Head of Industry Sector Technology for national and international clients. He specialized in the sectors technology and communications, industrial products and manufacturing as well as medical technology and eHealth. Christoph Brands joined Vesterling in 2021 as a senior consultant.

Lars Brömstrup

Lars Brömstrup graduated in computer science with a minor in economics from the University of Hamburg. He then worked for many years as a consultant, software developer, project manager and as a sales manager for various software and IT consulting companies. Lars Brömstrup joined Vesterling in 2005 as a senior consultant and has been Head of the Hamburg Office since 2012, focusing on IT specialists and executives as well as medical technology.

Stephanie Kaiser
M.Sc. (Computer Science) Country Manager USA
Stephanie Kaiser worked for many years as a system engineer and SAP solution architect for technology companies such as Sun MicroSystems and BlueStar Solutions in Germany and the USA. In 2002, she joined Vesterling as a consultant to cover the American market for German clients. She also worked intensively on the placement of American candidates in the German job market and is very familiar with the issues of work permits and relocation. In the meantime, she has become acquainted with the other side of corporate recruiting as Director Talent Acquisition for IT companies and can therefore empathise very well with the needs of clients. Stephanie Kaiser supports Vesterling as Country Manager USA in the areas of recruiting, executive search and career consulting.

Bernd Neudert
M.Sc. (Computer Science) Country Manager Austria
After studying computer science, Bernd Neudert first worked as an IT consultant in the financial sector and then held positions as Director of Sales, Customer Service and Operations for various IT service providers. Most recently, he was Managing Director of an IT consulting firm for data processing-supported optimization of business processes and of a management consulting firm. Bernd Neudert has been with Vesterling since 2001. Since 2007, he has been Head of Vesterling’s Austrian Office. He can draw on many years of expertise in personnel management, consulting, multi-project management, test management and sales, primarily in the banking, industry, IT consuling and sports management sectors.

Christof Wirtz
M.Sc. (Engineering) Branch Manager Cologne
After completing an apprenticeship as a chemical technician, Christof Wirtz studied engineering with a focus on plant engineering and process technology. Building on five years of professional experience at a medium-sized company as project and division manager for as-built documentation and visualizations, he took over the management of an IT/CAD system house at the age of 30. In 2007, he became a personnel consultant at Vesterling, specializing in engineering and sales positions in the B2B sector. Since 2014, Christof Wirtz has been a career consultant at VDI.
