INTERNSHIP – CRM CAMPAIGNS ASSISTANT

ABOUT THE ROLE:The CRM Campaigns Assistant will support the EU CRM&Loyalty team in the operational execution of Email Marketing activities for the EU markets. The role contributes to email campaign setup, and reporting. This position is designed for an intern profile working closely with the assigned Coordinator, learning CRM workflows while supporting day-to-day activities at both local and regional level.WHAT YOU’LL DO:6-month internship starting September 20261. Email Marketing Campaign SupportDiscover and learn how to create, set up, schedule and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Ensure accuracy in campaign setup: audience selection, subject lines, tracking parameters, and content.2. Content Management into TemplateLearn how to upload and prepare campaign content within templates to ensure correct execution.3. Content LocalizationDevelop your understanding of local market specificities by contributing to linguistic and cultural accuracy.4. QA & TestingBuild quality reflex skills by participating in QA checks:Testing across devices and email clientsLink verificationContent consistencyLearn to identify and flag issues to the CRM team and Coordinator.5. Team Support & CollaborationWork closely with the CRM Coordinator on a daily basis and immerse yourself in an international CRM team environmentWHAT YOU’LL BRINGCurious, and eager to learnTeam-oriented and comfortable working in a multicultural environmentA get-things-done attitude: you follow through and meet deadlinesREQUIREMENTS:Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a business school, or equivalent universityStrong interest in the digital/marketingGood oral and written communication skills in English.
