Your Mission

Your Role

Lead generation: You will support your team in planning and executing digital campaigns for lead generation and qualification.

Content creation: You will develop search engine optimized content for sales materials, our website, customer communications, and social media sales.

Analytics & reporting: You evaluate KPIs (e.g., leads, conversion rates, pipeline) and set up dashboards to create structured reports.

AI & digital trends: You actively use AI tools for sales and process optimization.

Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely with our sales, development, and product management departments as well as external partners.

Your Profile

You are currently studying economics, sales management, marketing, business informatics, or digital media, for example. Ideally, you have some initial experience in digital sales and campaign management. You also have knowledge in several of the following areas:

Technical expertise: You are proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
Strong communicator and team player: Your excellent communication skills help you work in a team and coordinate various stakeholders. You are also confident in giving presentations in both German and English. Knowledge of French is an advantage but not a requirement.
Preparation of sales content: You have experience in optimizing sales content.
Data-driven mindset: You use your analytical thinking to evaluate projects quantitatively and derive follow-up measures.
AI-supported sales: You use modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI) to support your daily work.
Willingness to travel: Since we regularly hold events and trade fairs, a certain willingness to travel within Germany and sometimes within the EU is necessary
