V.I.E en ALLEMAGNE (Weinheim) du 01 août 2021 au 01 août 2023 (24 mois) : PRODUCT MARKETING ASSISTANT (H/F)
This role sits within the Product Marketing department for the Manufacturing SW Business Unit. Working with the Product Marketing Directors and Managers to support them to execute the Product Marketing Strategy and Plans for the Product Line. In collaboration with the Global and Regional Marketing teams to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, web content, promotional flyers, web and email marketing as well as execute events such as regular webinars and trade shows. This role will report to the Product Marketing Director for Production Software, who is responsible for the global marketing of the Production software suite, including WORKNC, EDGECAM, ESPRIT CAM, NCSIMUL, RADAN, VISI, WORKPLAN, WORKXPLORE, DESIGNER, SURFCAM, SMIRT, FASYS & MACHINING STRATEGIST.
- Contribute to the team in the development and execution of the department Marketing Plan, articulating the strategies and tactics for raising awareness and generating and nurturing leads for the coming year, including key programs and events with measurements and goals.
- Identify customers who are willing to give testimonials, case studies and references and amplify their voice in the market.
- Work with the central marketing team (and the regions) to gather and collate campaign metrics, working with the Product Marketing Managers to further develop campaigns in alignment with corporate goals.
- Sales Enablement :
- Create and own the regular calendar of technical webinars. Support the Product Marketing Managers to define topics in collaboration with Product Managers / Global Technical Experts and to execute the delivery process to the regions.
- Ensure that the marketing collateral sales enablement portal is kept up to date.
- Take feedback from Sales and work with the Product Marketing Managers to improve marketing collateral, to best meet the needs of the regions and help is lead generation.
- Ensure that collateral branding across the portfolios is kept up to date and consistent.
- Assist with and help drive departmental projects.
- Assist the Product Marketing Managers with the management of regular social media posts.
- Support :
- Assist with product launches and the tracking of various activities related to those projects including the follow up for the deliverables from the concerned departments. Work with the regions to ensure material and campaigns created by the business unit are executed in the regions and collect the data related to metrics for the campaigns / webinars from the regions
- Assist with the Product Marketing managers in providing marketing and solution information to regional marketing and sales teams to support internal and external marketing programs, sales operations, marketing events such as conferences, trade shows and webinars, and channel opportunities and activities.
- Skills, Experience & Knowledge requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Degree in business or marketing-related subject
- 2-3 years Marketing experience
- Computer literate individual with a good level of written English. Research skills are a must so to familiarity with Office products such as MS Power point, Excel, Word, Outlook
- An understanding of or interest in the tech sector - Exposure to CAD/CAM/CAE domain preferred
- Clear accurate written communication skills • Ability to work with multiple systems concurrently
- Ability to compare information quickly and accurately
- Good organisation skills, natural adaptability
