Internship in Product Development for Medical Devices (f/m/d)

Would you like to gain your first professional experience in product development? Then apply and become part of our team for medical devices in the areas of instruments, examination and surgical gloves, as well as surgical drapes and surgical gowns.
The main responsibilities in product development include optimizing and adapting the existing product portfolio to continuously changing requirements. To support our team, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for a period of six months.
Responsibilities:
Conducting product testing (material and functional testing, chemical and physical tests)
Supporting the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation
Assisting with risk assessments
Communicating with external laboratory service providers
Assisting in the qualification of alternative materials
Supporting day-to-day operational activities and business processes
Qualifications:
We welcome students with a technical or scientific background, preferably in one of the following or related fields: Textile Technology, Biomedical Engineering/Medical Technology, or Materials Science
Interest in a broad range of tasks and direct collaboration with the product development team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of English, both written and spoken
