Your mission

As an intern/working student in the field of technical writing (m/f/d), you will support our product teams in making complex topics easy to understand. You will work closely with our development department and actively contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing. Your content will help users learn about and understand our products more easily – and simultaneously support marketing activities. You are passionate about clear documentation and communicating technical concepts.

Your core tasks:

• Creating and revising technical documentation (e.g., online help, user manuals) based on technical requirements and development documentation
• Editing texts and graphics
• Preparing approvals and publications
• Translating technical content from English to German and, if applicable, into other languages (depending on your skills)
• Preparing content for further use in content marketing (e.g., What’s New)

Your profile

Degree in Technical Writing, Communication, IT, or a comparable qualification – career changers with a talent for knowledge transfer are also welcome
Initial experience or a strong affinity for creating technical documentation, ideally in an agile software environment
Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
Structured, meticulous, and independent work style with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to review complex technical content for clarity and quality and provide constructive feedback
Team-oriented work style
Advantageous: Experience with single-source publishing tools (e.g., Oxygen XML Editor, DITA)
Advantageous: Experience in documenting REST APIs (OpenAPI)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Markdown is an advantage
Experience with Atlassian Confluence is an advantage
Additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus
