The company serves the global packaging dispensing industry for various end-markets, including personal care, household, food, industrial, and pharmaceutical, offering a broad range of dispensing technologies, specialty products and technical support for customers in a diverse range of applications and industries. Precision is searching for one, (possibility two) Group S&OP Controller who will be based in Frankfurt Germany, reporting to the Group Supply Chain Director based in the Paris region

This group level position will play a key role in the group S&OP process development and global deployment:

• Design and Implement the Precision S&OP process in collaboration with all stake holders.
• Customer order management,
• Create and consolidate information and data to create and maintain forecast models and associated master data (product families, planning BOM …)
• Lead dialogue with Sales, Marketing, Finance, NPD, on-site Supply Chain, Operations and customer to propose a consensual monthly forecast; participate to collaborative forecast reviews with customers
• Define and deploy the adequate supply planning model on key resources with the different industrial sites.
• Execute directly the supply planning activities on shared critical resources either internally or with key external suppliers
• Develop KPIs and support scorecard
• Define and support implementation of the group best practices for Master Production Schedule (MPS) which are executed on 3 month horizon at site level
• Support the specification of IT requirements in the areas of S&OP and Production Master Planning Success will be in the ability to share practices and to design a group S&OP core model with the local supply chain teams and under the sponsorship of the Group Supply Chain Director.

• Business or Engineering with Supply Chain focus
• Experience in an industrial supply chain or operations environment.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices: APICS knowledge or CPIM certification a plus.
• Initial knowledge in usage and/or implementation of ERP systems
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Motivated and proactive
• Languages: Fluent in English & French and good level of German is a major plus

Accommodation fees will be paid by the company.

2091 € (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)
