The Company
Tradition Meets Future is an advisory and investment platform providing private debt solutions to European technology and growth companies. With offices in Germany (Berlin) and France (Sophia Antipolis), we support fastgrowing businesses in raising debt capital from €5m up to €150m. We work closely with founders, management teams, and investors to structure innovative financing solutions for Europe’s next generation of scale-ups.
Key Responsibilities During Your Internship
Investment Opportunities & Market Analysis:
- Identify and analyse European scale-ups that could qualify for debt financing
- Proactively reach out to founders of technology-driven companies and present our offering
- Work directly with our CEO on strategic initiatives, including investor cooperations
Support on Debt Financing Transactions:
- Assist in analysing financial statements and business models to assess creditworthiness and risk
- Support transaction execution with strong attention to detail and structured process management
- Identify and help implement software solutions to streamline workflows and reduce process risk
Enhancing Company Visibility
- Contribute to strategic PR initiatives to strengthen our visibility across European markets
- Support the organization of events and actively participate in networking activities
- Write short, industry-specific articles relevant to founders and growth investors
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills, who enjoys working independently and has a strong interest in innovative business models, finance, and sales.
Your profile:
- Near-native proficiency in spoken and written English, together with fluency in either Swedish, German, Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, combined with a hands-on approach, business development and sales capabilities, and excellent relationship-building skills
- Highly adaptable, proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in technology, venture capital, growth debt and growth financing, with a desire to work alongside Europe's most ambitious entrepreneurs, investors and lenders

- This is a paid internship, offering a monthly stipend of €750, together with a performance-based bonus scheme
