Deine Aufgaben:
Eigenständige Betreuung der Projekte
Koordination, Vor- und Nachbereaitung von Meetings, Workshops und Geschäftsreisen
Koordination von Bestellungen und Aktionsplanungen
Erstellung von Präsentationen und Auswertungen für Kunden, und Pflege interner Tools
Schnittstellenfunktion zu verschiedenen Projekte
Was du mitbringst:
Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Veterinärmedizin oder vergleichbar
Auch Quereinstieg willkommen.
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, besonders in Excel und PowerPoint
Selbstständigkeit, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist
Sehr gute Englisch- und/oder Deutschkenntnisse
Bonuspunkte: Weitere Sprachkenntnisse (z.B. Spanisch oder Französisch) sind von Vorteil

Your tasks:
Independent management of projects
Coordination and preparation of meetings, workshops, and business trips
Coordination of orders and action plans
Creation of presentations and evaluations for customers, and maintenance of internal tools
Acting as a liaison between different projects
What you bring:
Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Medicine, or a comparable field
Career changers are also welcome
Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Independence, organizational talent, and team spirit
Ideally, knowledge of SAP and a Class B driving license
Very good English and German language skills
Bonus points: Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish or French) are an advantage

Responsibilities:
Accountability for Operations: Drive strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals, emphasizing excellence in customer satisfaction, growth, quality, and market impact across diverse sectors, including those at the intersection of science and innovation.
Conceptualization & planning: Develop executable plans and management methods that align business, clinical and R&D operations with cutting-edge advancements in technology and applied sciences.
Support in relevant areas: Hands-on engagement in all-day business activities when needed, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of plans and projects in a dynamic, collaborative, and interdisciplinary environment.
What You Bring:
Leadership: Energy and adventurousness of an entrepreneur, readiness to learn and apply the leadership skillset, like being supportive, thinking forward, inspiring others, thinking objectively, empathy, etc.
Operative Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities, pragmatism, getting things done, hands-on mentality, problem-solving attitude, etc.
