Our scope covers the employee lifecycle for our tire plants—ranging from employer branding and recruiting through talent and professional development programs to exciting topics such as digitalization and the Future Workplace. Students (m/f/diverse) in the field of Business Administration or comparable degree programs with a focus on Human Resource ManagementInitial experience or a strong interest in Human ResourcesProficient in using the MS Office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Very good command of English, both written and spokenGerman language skills are a plusHigh level of commitment, creativity, and enjoyment of teamworkStructured way of working as well as strong initiativeEnjoyment of communication in an international environmentPlease attach your current certificate of enrollment and also your current transcripts of records and an extract of certificate for a mandatory internship.
