Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our Sales team in Paris for a 6-month internship starting in March/April 2025. Key Responsibilities:
Daily support for our Sales team across Europe:
Prepare membership packages for new clients
Review and send targeted communications to customers
Assist the team in streamlining daily tasks and improving efficiency
Support of the development of new communication, event hosting strategies for the Sales team
Refine and enhance email templates, ensuring effective customer outreach
Conduct testing for new client mailings and provide insights for optimization
Gather and analyse Sales team needs to enhance communication strategies
Export and generate reports to support team decisions
Support for external sales events:
Assist in organizing and executing customer events across Europe
Develop and maintain a database of potential event venues
Support the preparation and on-site management of sales events
Help plan and coordinate webinars for the Sales team
Pack and prepare required event material for the events
Key Requirements:
Technical skills:
You are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
You have very good verbal and written communication skills in English
You have good organisational and time management skills
Soft skills:
You are a team player
You have very good interpersonal skills
You have good analytical skills and are curious
You are proactive and eager to learn
You have good capacity to listen and to summarise
EDUCATION
Bachelor or Master degree in Sales or Marketing or related fields
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent in English and possibly also French
EXPERIENCE
You already did an internship or apprenticeship in a Sales team
You like to work in a dynamic and stimulating multicultural environment
