Job Description

- Duration: 6 months (starting date to be determined)
- Location: Toulouse, France
- Department: Legal
- Internship subject: Establishment of legal and regulatory watch database, and legal department assistance in business law
- Internship tutor: Zohra Sadouki, Head Of Legal Affairs
To support the Legal Department of EasyMile Group in its international activities we are looking for a trainee legal counsel which responsibilities shall mainly consist in:
- Reviewing and drafting a various range of contracts (sales, rental, services, licence agreement …) in German or English
- Providing support legal and operational teams in contract negotiation
- Establishing a legal and regulatory industry watch database in various jurisdiction
- Research and analysis and draft of memo and legal advices to operational teams or management
- Participate in training operational teams about specific legal topics
Preferred Experience
There is no typical profile at EasyMile, we all come from different backgrounds and that is what makes us strong! Don't hesitate to apply if you are motivated and interested by innovative transportation and technologies.
We are looking for:
- Master 2 in International Business Law with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights, NTIC
- Eager to learn with a strong interest in new technologies
- Good relationship and adaptation skills
- Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
