Internship engineer project manager “Design and achievement of an Hybrid Training room”

As part of our international development, we recruit a trainee M / F (five months minimum) based in Barcelona (Spain)

Under the responsibility of an internship supervisor, you will be involved in the design and implementation of a Training Room for both distant and local trainees.

The purpose of this project is to design a room which allows one or many trainers to teach / train trainees in the room or remote while showing products / data, thanks to high end video conference technology.

Concretely, after a period of training in our tools and spaces for collaboration and control, the trainee will focus in the following tasks:

• Development of functional specifications for the targeted use cases
• Design of optimized solutions, hard and soft: camera, audio, videoconference, control software, network
• Selection of best equipment from hardware and software vendors
• Settings of audiovisual equipment, IT and network
• Installation of a POC (Proof of Concept) in our premises, training of the local team

This internship involves exchanging and working with in-house project managers as well as external service providers.

• Technical Higher Education: Engineer school or equivalent in the last year
• Audiovisual competences would be a big plus
• Willingness to get involved in a start-up that develops innovative concepts
• Curious and autonomous in his/her work
• Fluent English. French, Spanish and German would be a big plus
