Internship details

- Duration: 6 months (starting date is flexible) with option to extend 

- Location: Berlin, Germany

- Internship subject: Project management assistance for the development of a new AV generation

Mission

You will join a dynamic team composed of passionate EasyMilers, who work in agile mode and with challenging objectives to bring autonomous vehicles on the road. We are about 20 people working in loft style offices in the heart of Berlin with a young and open minded atmosphere.

In order to further develop our leading position in the market of driverless technologies for people transportation, we are looking for a highly-motivated and autonomously working intern. You will work in close collaboration with a senior project manager but will have your own missions. After learning how to handle an autonomous vehicle you will support the project team in our biggest research project Safestream (www.safestream.tech) with no smaller aim than to develop the next generation of autonomous vehicles.

Your key responsibilities are:

Workshop ideation and preparation:

- Actively participate in the planning and organization of vehicle development workshops.

- Prepare presentations, materials, and technical documentation for workshops.

- Assist in coordinating workshop participants and speakers.

Monitoring and reporting of project KPIs:

- Contribute to the preparation of status meetings and technical reports.

- Compile data, analyses, and progress reports for management.

- Actively participate in meetings to discuss project progress.

Conducting On-Site Information:

- Gather on-site data and information related to autonomous vehicle development.

- Assist in conducting on-site assessments and inspections as needed.

Optimizing and standardizing of technical documentation:

- Develop and maintain templates for technical reports, presentations, and documentation.

- Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices in documentation.Evaluate collected data extracted from autonomous vehicles

Preferred experience

This internship is made for you if you are willing to see in the first row how the landscape of autonomous vehicles will change our daily lives. It requires a proactive mindset and lots of autonomy in the organization of your activity, in order to match the team’s and partners’ expectations!

We are looking for:

- Student enrolled in a engineering program or business program with technical focus (e.g. industrial engineering) or other relevant fields

- Technical background, preferably in the area of new mobility and autonomous driving

- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (C1 Level), German B2 level

- Initiative and ability to work independently.

- Teamwork and high interpersonal skills

Desirable:

- Mastering of French language

- Good knowledge of Google workspace
