ABOUT THE ROLE The mission of our people team is to hire, develop and retain high performing team members across the organization. This role will give you a full view of what it means to work in a People team and recruitment. After this internship, you will have gained a broad experience across people operations topics. In this role you will report into our People Partner for Operations, and work from Paris, France. As our Intern - Human Resources (France), you will: Support the whole employee lifecycle for our employees in France with strong focus on onboarding and offboarding Create employment contracts for our employees Respond to tickets and requests from employees Manage employee data within our HRIS system (Personio) and other onboarding platforms Support and advise employees on a day-to-day basis with admin and operational questions Handle sensitive employee relation and data issues, requiring discretion and good judgment ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you: Are interested in what makes a company truly effective whilst fostering an inclusive company culture Are enrolled in university and are studying Human Resources or a similar field Are based in Paris for the duration of the internship Are an experienced user of the Google suite Are available full time (35h per week) for a minimum period of 4 months Are very detail oriented and enjoy supporting others with administrative tasks Are fluent in English and French (written and spoken) Have an understanding of how ATS and HRIS systems work Thrive in a scrappy environment with a high level of ambiguity Did we just describe you?
